Donor Tissue Gum Graft

A donor tissue gum graft uses specially prepared donor tissue instead of tissue from the patient’s palate. This technique helps cover exposed tooth roots and restore receding gums while avoiding the need for a second surgical site in the mouth. It can reduce discomfort during healing and is often used when multiple teeth require treatment. The goal is to strengthen the gums and protect the underlying tooth structure.
